Hexion Announces Price Increase

Hexion Inc. recently announced that it will increase prices of its Versatic™ acids globally for all products shipped on or after April 1, 2022, or as contract terms allow. Prices will increase by a minimum of $250/MT (€220/MT).

The company reports that the price adjustment is primarily driven by continued increases of key raw material and energy costs. All other terms and conditions of sale remain unchanged. Hexion account managers will contact customers to discuss this announcement in more detail.
