Again price increases at VW

At Volkswagen, new car prices are rising, sometimes sharply. Almost all models with combustion engines are affected. A Golf now costs at least 31,145 euros.

The price spiral for new cars continues – apparently unstoppable – upwards. The latest example: the Volkswagen brand. As several media reports unanimously and VW has now confirmed, prices will rise between 4.4 and 6.0 percent from next Thursday (February 23, 2023). This applies to almost the entire model range, provided that the respective series have a combustion engine.
