Adjusted EBITDA of $530 million, up 14% year-on-year on pricing gains and strong execution, more
than overcoming significant year-on-year raw material inflation and unfavorable foreign currency
impacts.

Q4 up 7% year-on-year; organic revenue increased 6% year-on-year, driven
by strong organic growth in both Hygiene, Health, and Consumable and Engineering Adhesives and
solid pricing execution in all three GBU.
