Intercos Half-Year Report 2023

Group sales revenues in the first half of 2023 totaled Euro 488,377 thousand, increasing Euro 120,429 thousand (+32.7%). Growth was across all geographic areas, all business units and all customer types. Order intake was again also solid, supported by excellent flows from new projects, high- lighting the Intercos Group’s significant degree of innovation.

In the first half of 2023 Industrial Gross Profit was Euro 100,886 thousand (20.7% margin), compared to Euro 76,360 thousand in the pre- vious year (20.8% margin), increasing Euro 24,526 thousand (+32.1%), with the margin stable compared to the previous year (-0.1.%).

Adjusted EBITDA was Euro 67,361 thousand (13.8% margin), increasing Euro 18,711 thou- sand (+38.5%) on Euro 48,650 thousand for the same period of the previous year (13.2% margin), with the margin up 0.6% on the com- parative period, mainly due to the extremely strong sales (+38.5% on the first half of 2022).
