Johns Manville Roofing Price Increase Announcement

Due to factors including cost increases associated with key raw materials, Johns Manville is announcing a price increase effective July 1, 2024 on the following products:

• Polyiso Roofing Insulation Products – 5%
• TPO Membranes – 5%
• Low Rise Foam Adhesives – 5%

This price increase will apply to all orders shipped on or after July 1, 2024 regardless of the date of order placement. Please check with your account specialist as this date approaches for information on current product lead times. All existing quotes will be honored through the original expiration date.
